5 AI Hooks That Stop The Scroll

5 AI Hooks That Stop The Scroll (March 2026)

This is your guide to creating hooks that win attention for you or your brand on Instagram & TikTok.

Outfit Morph

Dropping a new clothing collection? This effect transitions seamlessly between multiple products, tying your product to a lifestyle or “aesthetic”. Think outside the box with the setting, going beyond basic ceiling shots.

Here’s how you can do it yourself:

  1. Take multiple images of your subject in the same pose wearing multiple outfits.
  2. Using the Kling 2.5 model in your favourite AI platform, upload images 1 and 2 as the start and end frame with this prompt:

Create a seamless morphing animation where the subject remains fully unmoving, while their clothing gradually morphs from outfit 1 into outfit 2. The transformation should feel realistic and textile driven, as if the fabric is naturally reshaping and reconfiguring on his body in real time.Avoid any melting or dissolving effects, The background remains identical, the camera stays completely locked, and the entire morph happens in one continuous smooth shot with no cuts or jumps, like a high-end fashion video.

  1. Repeat for images 2 & 3, then images 3 & 4, and so on.
  2. Place the videos together in your editing software.

The Product Toss

A cheeky way to highlight any more aesthetic items (e.g. watches, caps) - this effect is a novel way to showcase your product through 360 degree rotation.

Here’s how you can do it yourself:

  1. In Higgsfield, select the 3D Rotation effect and upload your product image on a plain background.
  2. Record your subject in the motion of throwing the product towards the camera, then catching it.
  3. In your editing software overlay your video generated from Higgsfield between the two clips, removing the background.
  4. Increase the scale of the overlaid product to give the effect that it is nearing the camera.
  5. Touch up the video to ensure the transition is seamless.

Static Model Timelapse

Sick of plain background studio shots? This effect is an eye-catching way of adding a little chaos to your scene, while keeping the product clearly highlighted.

Here’s how you can do it yourself:

  1. Generate an image of your model framed centre, people in the background blurred in motion. Here’s my prompt:

Cinematic street fashion photography, overhead medium-wide shot, male model with very short blonde hair wearing a light jacket, standing still and looking directly at the camera, off-center composition, full body visible, surrounded by a moving crowd in dark muted clothing, motion blur only on other people, subject sharply in focus, natural daylight, high-end fashion editorial tone, subtle contrast between light and dark outfits, realistic city crosswalk or pavement texture, Leica aesthetic, moody cinematic color grading, shallow depth of field

  1. Give Nano Banana Pro the image you just generated, alongside your clothing image. Ask it to place your clothing on the model.
  2. Go to the Timelapse Human effect in Higgsfield. Upload your image from Nano Banana Pro with a simple prompt like this:

Crowd wearing muted colours rushes around model, who stays fixed

Match Cut

This effect cuts between similar shapes or actions to create a seamless transition. It feels satisfying to the brain → keeps viewers watching for the payoff.

You can do this yourself using Kling o1 - I’ve created a dedicated guide.

Motion Transfer

This effect carries motion from one clip into another. For introgue, use recognisable characters.

You can do it yourself with Kling 2.6 Motion Control - Kling have put together a comprehensive guide below.
